Here it is - the perfect dress or top for a sunny, summer day! To make one you will need:
approximately 1 yard of fabric for a top or up to 2 yards for a dress (depending on size). Light weight fabrics work best.
elastic thread
sewing machine
regular, all-purpose thread
scissors or rotary cutter and mat
ruler
pinking shears (optional)
