Calling all twirly skirts
May 29, 2007
Isn't it funny how time can get away from you? The weekend was a blur, but the good kind. I did manage to check one item off my list. Head on over to Flickr and check out the new Twirly Skirt Group. If you have made one, please post it over there. It's great seeing all the different versions - kids and adults - out there. I may just have to make one for myself!
OK - back with something tomorrow. Maybe just photos.....
Hi,
I posted my skirt on my blog today and I added it to the flickr pool also. The tutorial is great! Thanks!

The group is such an inspiration - can't wait until my life settles down a little and I can find the time to make myself a twirly skirt!

You have just reminded me that I have a faux patchwork that might work well for a twirly skirt!

Can I post it if it became half a twirly skirt? I made it and it was pronounced "too twirly" by my little girl. So I chopped it in half and made it into 2 skirts. And now she loves it! Have to find a recipient for the other one...
