I am checking things off my list left and right. This apron is one of the items I have completed. I think that hot pink is the perfect punch against this black and white print. I hope the recipient likes it.
Pink or red...in my mind...always look great with black and whites. I thought it was a skirt before I read on, and I thought oh oh oh what a great skirt...,now I am thinking oh oh oh what a great apron...lucky girl!
Beautiful!!! I Love Black with pink!!! Do you have a special trick for doing scalloped edges??? I tried it last week on a curtain and it turned out wonky but I'm not sure why. Thanks!
Beautiful fabric - I would love it as a duvet or curtains. Not that it doesn't make a great apron too! I love the bag & knitted sweater from your previous posts. Can I come raid your closet??
Don't you love aprons made in these bold fabrics!! I have just bought some orange and cream in a similar pattern and the contrast will be black/cream stripes. I'm itching to get on with it to see how it looks - hopefully as nice as yours does.
Hey Erin, I used the zipper tutorial. It worked a treat, thanks for taking the time to put it together. Much better than my amatuer effort a while back.
love the apron! love it. so dramatic.
