yum. I love mine with hollandaise sauce too. sort of cancels out the healthy factor, though.

I used to just hate asparagus. Then one time I was at my friend's house (when E was about 2), and she was making a pasta dish with asparagus in it and I didn't want to look bad, so I ate it anyway, and I actually liked it! Bye bye another food I thought I didn't like. Hello yummy asparagus!

Love asparagus, season kicks off in May in the UK for about 6 weeks, so yummy.
